Scott genuinely cares about his community. I has trouble finding a realtor who wouldn’t pressure me into buying or settling for something I couldn’t really afford or wasn’t right for me. They were interested in their cut, not what was best for me and my family. Scott worked hard to find a home right for my needs and my budget. He clearly protected me from making a bad decision. What a process! It was a long 3-year process to find the perfect home, thanks to COVID. Scott was patient with us (mostly me) during the house hunt, he was on top of his game even when we got a little frustrated and discouraged. He has connections with other realtors that helped us make the most informed decisions when it came to the home we wanted to purchase. I really appreciated his attention to detail, recommendations for contractors to do work on the home and his knowledge. Scott was recommended by one a friend of mine and now I can happily pass along a recommendation of my own. I had sold two houses and had never been happy with or liked my realtors … until I met Scott. He really knew the market, guided me along the way but ultimately trusted me to make the decisions I was comfortable with and seamlessly took over when I needed his expertise. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. From hanging with my triplets to helping fix small things to even climbing through a window to make sure everything was perfect for our showings 😂. And there’s the small fact that my house sold in less than 48 hours for significantly over our asking price!
